Just back from a weeks hol with the family , the old girl never missed a beat all week after zooming around Norfolk each day, in some high temps too. Brake pedal feels a bit grindey but brakes ok, something to check.

First start after the top end rebuild. Lots of burning off from the manifolds but now runs very well. I even fixed the CD changer. So get some insurance on Monday and the old girl will be pressed back into Pony towing duties. Sounded really good well the engine did the exhaust sounded crap next thing on my todo list

I have spent all of my wedding anniversary under the Range fighting with the VCU housing and all the other things that go with that. Still haven't finished!!

Spent several happy hours with off-roading in forestry land in Exmoor. Nothing too extreme but some steep climbs and heavily rutted tracks with a few small patches of mud. Never missed a beat all day.

Got home after a 19 hour drive back from Brittany in France, 1400 in 2 weeks and she didn't skip a beat, although I was abit worried!

Also averaged 34.8mpg on the way down at 70 -75,
Not calculated the return though as that was either stationary in traffice or doing 95 on clear road to make lost time to catch the ferry, that we missed twice!

F ed and blinded a lot, some c*nt on a bike has gouged the side of my newly painted back bumper with their pedal. Can even see the scuff mark from their shoe. Why are you never around when this happens? TW*T TW*T TW*T !

19 hours from Brittany:eek: You go via Toulouse?
Poitiers to the ferry 5 hours, ferry 4 hours, half hour to Worthing:D
I suppose you went Dover Calais? The ferry is cheap but the cost of getting there is not, LD Lines Newhaven Dieppe is cheap and overall a much shorter journey unless you live in the Essex/Kent/Suffolk area.

Had an EAS fault pop up today. Plugged in the RSW kit from Datatek to get a RR Valve Stuck Closed. Need to do more investigation on that tomorrow. Also noticed the neighbor had a auto locksmith out to his L322 (only had it 3 weeks). Will find out whats occured tomorrow.

Added newly painted triple sport alloys .... Decided hated them but gives me chance to refurbish the hurricanes and get a small mortgage to find some tyres...
