I shall try the wife's nail varnish remover first before resorting to extreme measures. Works a treat for glue on windscreens.Soak his fingers in it over night and either the foam or his fingers will be gone

Hi just saw your question about removal of cured foam. If you’re still trying the best idea would be to rub hands with a pumice filled cleaner the type used by car body repair shops. Once cured it is very hard to dissolve and keep your skin. Good luck to your friend.

Well whatever I 'didn't' break a couple of days ago, I actually did.
The Golden Girl left home today , tied up as if in a bondage movie, on the back of a recovery truck
I did intend taking her to the specialist indy, at the end of the month. She needs her steering rack replaced, but it was not a 'do now!!' job.
However, the barrel issues, together with electrics issue, brought her date to be taken to the specialists forward.

She has indeed . She ran back and forwards to London, when she was really needed, and she stepped up to the job. More than 1000mile round trip each time.
When she was no longer needed for the important job, she had a little collapse, but again nothing major. I was , as said, intending to take her in anyway.
Maybe she and I need a rest
