For me it must be the Chelsea tractor drivers and bloody small car drivers who insist on parking their bloody pride and joys over 2 car parking gaps in nearly full car parks, when I seem to be able to fit my larger truck in a single gap!!!!!!!

Anyone who can't reverse , and I don't just mean the knobs who have to go back three feet , round here you might have to reverse 100 yards , some folk just take ages and snake from one hedge to the other cos they can't even go backwards in a straight line Grrrrrrrrrrrr  god don't get me started!

They think by taking 2 spots they are less likely to be scratched, how wrong are they when I squeeze my Disco in the ****y gap they leave :p

The terminal manager at our workplace thought he had the right to park like a nob.
I protested accordingly:

mine is people telling me how unrelible my defender is how, crap it is offroad, how cramped the driving postion is.the guys i work with all run jap 4x4.as soon as they are stuck i"m the only one pulling them out.as soon as its time for a break they get in mine cause.cause i fitted it with night heater.they are right about the driving position but i"m only 5ft nothing so it no problem.so 2 out of 3 aint bad

The biggest bug bear is idiots that overtake me , then slow down especially when I'm towing my caravan approaching a steep hill ..

im both of these people sorry guys, i park my disco wherever as i don't really care if it gets bumped in a car park (people with nice cars tend to stay away from work horses). my impreza however is my pride and joy, i park as far away as possible from the entrance to the shop etc and across 2 spaces. i may be a knob but i hope to keep my scooby's doors dent free lol!

it's hilarious when they do it round our way as the edges of the lanes have storm drains in them!:D

Folk who don't know how to join a motorway.

A woman yesterday was trying to join the motorway, we were towing 2 horses in the trailer there was no cars in front of us and no cars behind us for a fair bit. We were doing 57 mph, one of the horses for some reason wasn't liking the journey, usually they are fine.

Woman instead of going in front or behind us sat at the side of us, all the length of the slipway, there was no way I was moving lanes as there was ample space for her to accelerate I front of us or slot in behind. She new we were there and we were towing a trailer with livestock. I jumped on the horn and she gesticulated and shouted for me to move over!

I told her to #### off how incompetent can some people be!

We could have moved over but tbh why should you move over if people are just going to sit beside you. They should join the motorway, not expect the motorway to join them!

Common sense to drive to the conditions. Mind you it was near meadowhall(large shopping mall) so you can expect thought of sales and discounts to clog the minds of some women in that area!

Some people don't realise it's a give way at the end of a slip. They just keep driving no matter what, as a mates dad found out in a traffic jam as a woman hit him in the side.

She said there was nowhere else to go, so she hit him..

Sounds like your at fault. Worse thing you can do at a junction is nothing. Speed up slow down move over. Dont do nothing. You have a whole motorway network. They have a slip lane and thats it.

wrong . you should adjust your speed on slipway to join motorway or dont people read highway code anymore;)

I don't agree with this. I always hold station and allow the person joining to adjust speed accordingly to join in a gap. I might take my foot of the gas to open the gap a bit, but no dramatic speed changes.

If both of you speed up and slow down, you can end up in a right pickle. Like two scatter-brained people trying to pass each other on the pavement and ending up colliding.

you were too kind Mark. I tend to park right next to them so they can't open their door :D (but still within the space)

Don't think so, you need to re read the Highway Code and stop making your own rules up.

Taken from the Highway Code:

Joining the motorway (259)
259
Joining the motorway. When you join the motorway you will normally approach it from a road on the left (a slip road) or from an adjoining motorway. You should

give priority to traffic already on the motorway
check the traffic on the motorway and match your speed to fit safely into the traffic flow in the left-hand lane
not cross solid white lines that separate lanes or use the hard shoulder
stay on the slip road if it continues as an extra lane on the motorway
remain in the left-hand lane long enough to adjust to the speed of traffic before considering overtaking.
