the other thing is no matter what you call it its a TAX.....tint ringfenced or anything just goes straight into Gov coffers.....doesnt give you any right just something you gotta have

cyclists dont have a fokin clue about safety!

when you take a bike license (motorbike) you are tought all the safety procedures...
life saver. shoulder check, etc.etc...

I see loads of cyclists just moving out to avoid parked cars or any other obstacle, without even checking if there's anything to their right...

those pillocks, i will no doubt have no simpathy and will ram them.

at least get some road sense and pay attention to whats around you

this is by no means a sweeping statement and is undoubtably true of ALL cyclists:rolleyes:

I still have to find the one cyclist that is going to look over his shoulder before moving out

There are the odd ones around London - ironically it's not the new ones (they have no clue) or the serious ones (they ignore everyone else and try and maintain 30mph) but the ones in-between.

Although having said that during the day the traffic ain't moving fast enough and during the night they don't tend to be out and about. If they are they tend to see / hear my 110 coming down the road and get out of the way...

I often (well whenever I can be bothered) cycle into work in Putney. Have to say, I don't usually have too many problems with traffic. You just have to keep your eyes open. Biggest problem is pedestrians on cycle paths. Particularly kids with i pods plugged in. Completely oblivious to everything. Quite likely to wander across in front of you and 19 stone of me doing 20mph is going to do some serious damage.
This guy with his You tube clips is going to come to a bad end and good riddance. His demise should make the roads a safer place.
Generally take the view, if you see all these problems its because you're out there looking for them.

this could be a good idea .....IF.....it was ringfenced and went towards cyclepaths and such.....but it probably wouldnt
In the town near where i live, they have proper cycle tracks beside the road not these stupid thing painted down the side of road,
They are nice and wide can get a car down them all the roundabouts the tracks go under them, the under passes you can get Transit to Midsize builders trucks under them.

The amount of cyclists still riding down the roads in the town. the tracks always seem to be empty, nothing agaist the majority of cyclists, This guy that does these videos would probley be one that still rides on the roads

Cyclists are entitled to use the roads, whether or not there are cycle paths/lanes nearby. (A 'mandatory' cycle path is one where it is mandatory for motor vehicles to stay out of them, and not, as is commonly misconstrued, mandatory that cyclists use them.)

The video guy is known about in hard core cycling circles, and is generally viewed by them as an asshole who goes out looking for 'incidents' to 'document'.

I particularly like the video where he's moaning about the cars not pulling in for the ambulance. He's right out on the outside lane with the ambulance up his rear.I want to see a video of him being crunched by a double decker.
