Anyway next year the work vitos are payed off and I'm going to get VW 4x4 Synchros, so If I'm ever in the same situation I can just take the dog van round Whaddon :D

i am debating coming tommorow as i have not done my drop arm yet, but i thinking in a kind of dr.pepper style ' whats the worst that can happen???'

i think it will be ok as long as i tak care a little??

yea, it shouldnt be a huge deal - just keep an eye on it i reckon, if it gets worse then dont carry on

only reason i am debating is because i am in wales and it would mean leaving 6ish in the morning

Seriously if everyone's going to wimp out, please do it tonight so I can cancel my 100 squid a day dogsitter for tomorrow :rolleyes:

i will be there for about half 9 / 10 with a series III 109 exmil ragtop in tow. well, hopefully not in tow, but you know what i mean.

i think most of you guys know what my landy looks like anyway

Well Kai and I will be giving it a miss tomorrow I am afraid. Thrust bearing on the dosco has chosen this weekend to completely give up.

Seriously hoping to be back working again nefore xmas so boxing day +1 is looking hopeful.

Don't fancy doing the clutch ourselves... If it was summer maybe but me back would not allow me to spend enough time under the motor and Kai is not quite at that standard yet.

Anyone know of anywhere cheap for me to take the motor for the work to be done? I reckon on providing the parts and just paying for labour.
