I know it's not easy sorting these things but it takes someone to make a decision on route and timings that they think will suit most and then tweak it if possible but it's impossible to please everyone.
The sooner everyone has a time and place to aim for the more likely they'll be able to make it

When we arrange our bike weekends we tell people a time n place as blue beasty says makes it easier n can be slightly tweeked for meeting points, we always have someone who's running late
lol if people want mobile numbers I'm willing to be a contact point, does need to be a couple of us though in case one network isn't playing, I'm flying back from tenerife late Wednesday now so i can sort my stuff Thursday
