I saw a nice example of one of these down St Davids, Pembs recently, just near CK's. I loved it. Why. Because my wife would love it !!! just cos its a camper van. Alright they are a bit cramped for sure but if you've ever seen 'Any which way but loose' (or the other one) they do a roadtrip in a pickup camper and that has inspired me to have one of these one day!! :D:D
 
"demountable" Two for the price of one really, day to day you have a normal Landy, when you go camping mount it up drive to your site unload it and go laning etc seems like a pretty good compromise to me.

i've driven a "demountable", this was a pug504 pickup with a very well/professionally modified caravan shell

it was bloody awful to drive with the scariest bodyroll i've ever experienced

i've no idea what this motor would be like whilst driving but i'd approach it with extreme caution :eek:
