There is a large dent because the idiot wasn'twearing their seatbelt, obviously.

Dont let idiots in my vehicles so dont have that problem...my vehicle my rules so no problem if stopped by police and it's about time the UK police made the driver responcible as they do here...

I did try to fit the lap belt, but it wouldn't adjust to fit around the bride's waist (and she was very slim)

Looked at it later
Had the Defender eight years and didn't know you had to press the plastic top of the lap belt buckle to release the webbing and adjust it.

Looks like there are a few companies offering Defenders as wedding transport.
Getting in and out of the back was the only issue, l should have taken some steps for the bride to use.

This will of course depend on her dress, some styles would be fine but if you can't see your feet it's not so easy. The side steps did help, but everything has to be perfectly clean for obvious reasons.

Anyhow, it all went great and saved my friends whatever it would cost to hire a vehicle.

I wanted a series 1 for my wedding transport in 2012 but Mrs K-to-be was worried that she would get oil on her dresso_O:rolleyes: Instead, I looked for a G4 Challenge Landy of any variety but had no luck. In the end, we had a real Range Rover Sport. The locals thought it was a footballer’s wedding!
