Hi, Ive had a quick look at my suspension problem, the compresser isnt running when engine is ticking over. I have checked fuses F44 and MAX fuse 2 seems ok visually. I then checked compresser with spare battery to compresser plug terminals, the compresser ran ok. What is stopping power getting to the compresser. On shift next week so i can get on with it!!!!!Colin

Compressor only runs when more pressure is needed and there are no faults present.

Hi, Thanks for reply, how do i find the faults. I do have EAS FAULT on dashboard, MAX 35 MPH with all four small lights flashing, and on bump stops. colin

Compressor will not run until that is cleared. You need diagnostics on it.

DataTek does a nice little gadget that plugs in your laptop for ten or twenty quid.

Failing that then you're looking at £350 for a nanocom or similar.

Can only be sorted with diagnostics.

Hi, Is they away of inflating my airbags manually, would i have to do each airbag at a time or can i do them altogether, I have got some pipe and valves from work, im just thinking it will give more time to sort fault problem out. Colin

You can pull the pipes from the valve block and fit individual schrader valves to the pipes. Inflate each corner a little at a time in turn until you get to normal ride height. (see the How To section for correct heights)
As long as you have the "Slow 35mph" message, the compressor will not run, however you might like to make sure by pulling the fuse or the timer relay.
Take care when pulling the pipes as there may still be pressure, glove and goggles recommended.

Hi, i have had look at the fuses they seem ok. Had a glance at my valve block before work, five pipes all numbered and colour coded, which pipe supplies air to the bags, had a look in rave but having trouble finding that info. Thanks again for replies!!!! Colin

The group of 4 pipes in a square around the centre usually with numbered and coloured sleeves.

Have you checked the connections at the height sensors? I had a similar problem and it was just a bad connection on one of the rear hight sensors.

Fuses are not your problem, you have a hard fault so the system is shut down, the compressor will not run until you clear the fault which will require diagnostics.

Hi, I will check my rear sensors, regarding the pipes, im i infalating each bag individually, so i need four valves one for each pipe. I thought i was going to use one pipe to raise all four bags at same time. not a problem just want to have all the equipment at home tomorrow. colin

4 valves as you will need different pressures front to rear to get the car level.

Around 55 to 60 PSI should get you somewhere near standard height. Then it's tape measure. And adjust as needed.
