Must be in good condition with min 10mm tread and no bad damage. With or without alloys.

Are we to assume that price is an issue? Not hard to find if you buy new.

Just long shooting really mate!! I missed out on a set of BFG muds on ebay over the weekend -they had only done 3000 miles.

Pretty open to suggestions really. Not sure weather to get a set of mods and cheaper tyres, or good tyres and fit them to my existiong alloys?

My disco is run on a budget really so need to research and choose carefully!

I reckon you get what you pay for with tyres. Obviously a set of used quality tyres off ebay could be a good deal but as far as new ones are concerned get the best you can afford and they'll repay you with good performance and longer life.
