Very bad service from Paddock Spares

I'm living in the middle of nowhere Italy and mostly its like being trapped in 1979. I'm running two Disco's a 93 200tdi and the wife's 96 300tdi auto. Obviously I spend a vast amount of time swearing profusely and then setting about fixing them. Paddocks have been a god send, on-line ordering is easy, costs are decent, I have always got what i ordered, plus i get it within a week of ordering. I like em.

I didn't think it was bad then. In fact I have been dealing with them occasionally for over twenty years, and they have always been helpful, and the stuff has come when it was supposed to.
