Verification image generators - message for the admins/moderators

Evening,

I've just read a message I was sent on the LRO forums (don't worry I'm not here to cause trouble). The member who sent it was saying that he isn't able to register to LZ because he can never get past the image verification.

I quote:

when i tried to register each time i entered the spam code it was incorect,i tried all the ways capitols ect but just could'nt do it,to add to this you can't get in touch with the moderator because you have to get past the same spam question

Is this likely to be something to do with the generator itself? I've seen one or two forums where the generator spews out increasingly complex words until it's impossible to read them.

I know there's probably not much you can do with the image generator, but would there be another way for him to get around it. I can assure you he isn't a bot.

There was a problem with registering yesterday. No matter what you put in it would think you got it wrong. This is fixed now so please ask them to try again.
