P38A Ventilation under the steering wheel

Today I removed the paneling under the steering wheel and noticed that a hose was hanging there. It is completely destroyed. Is this for the ventilation?
And where can I get a new one or what is the technical name of the part? Thank you

Technical name is "vent hose that always comes off". Mine are both the same !!

Any spiral vent hose should do. Measure the size of the outlet on the lower panel to see what's needed, and then one slightly longer so it's easier to fit.

It's to cool the gentleman's area... The same on mine. I just taped the tube up and refitted as best as I could

But what if its a Lady type gentleman, would it still cool the lady type gentlemans area the same ?
