Disklocks are a must for defender owner. I've got a large 1 in garage doing nothing only 6 month old. Cost 90 quid new. Got rid of defender now

if its a disklok yer talkin about want to sell it? could do with 1 me self

All these things are deterants if they want it they will have it away on a trailer with a winch with all 4 wheels locked and steering on full lock, people who steal a defender DO NOT intend on using it they will break it for spares so no point at all in my opinion If you lock your doors and don't leave the keys in the ignition like most farmers it will only be some1 who is equipped to steal a vehicle that will so this is why I wouldn't bother!!!

My Ninety is parked right under my bedroom window so if someone reversed onto our drive in a flatbed and started winching it on, I'm fairly sure I could be outside with my baseball bat before they were ready to leave!

What bothers me is someone quietly breaking into it and hot-wiring it (it's not hard to do as I had to do it to my own Landy once!) - they're the ones who could be out of the driveway before I knew about it. So I have a DiskLok and a "secret" switch for the fuel solenoid. Hopefully the lock will deter them - but if it doesn't and they get past it, they'll be sat trying to start it for quite some time...

ye have done this for a few years but my mates mrs got her landy pinched last week down a private drive out of sight when she popped home for dinner. not sure if the keys were in it mind but it wasn't parked there an hour. like you say the farmer down the road blocked his ninety in as usual and the bastards stripped it on his drive. i was after something i could use to make sure it would take them longer to get round. was thinking disklok n peddal box or clutch claw.
