hello i recently bought some BFG AT 245 70 16 tires.

when i got them i have noticed that the white priting of the name BFG
is on the other side, so wen the wheel is on the car you cant see it ??

is this the right way or the wrong way round ?
just as i have seen other cars with these tires on and it looks good that way :)

Cheers in advance
Anthony

Most people fit the white lettering inwards cos irt looks chavvy. but if it floats ya boat by all means turn em over and refit em with the lettering outwards

cheers redhand
and i think it looks better as it stands out but never mind cheers for the reply tho pal, (poll it :p)

I put mine on white lettering out, but most off-roaders prefer it t'other way. I just like the look ... ;)

Yeh because you are so sophisticated arn't you:(. You can fit white lettered tyres inside out as long as the tyres are not directional. Why would you want to though. It is the same sad argument about chequer plate. If YOU like it do it Land rover ownership is about individuality not rules;)

errm as we seem to be agreeing on this subject WTF are you on about???

Great way of quoting someone by the way. Might have to start doing it meself

This is because these tyres are made for the American market and as they drive on the other side the lettering shows on their trucks.

Yeah right.
