Tripmeter Help

One of my duties as Clerk of the Course of the Astra Stages Rally, requires that I frequently visit the Forests of North Wales in order to Recce the route of the Rally, and measure the mileages very accurately.

I am just about to buy and fit a Brantz International 2 Tripmeter to my V6 Freelander (Automatic) for this purpose, and wonder whether anybody has had any experience of fitting one of these or a similar make to this model, and could give me advice about which sensor I will have to fit, and any other tips.

Crikey - someone else who...

a) didnt listen to yu guys before buying his Hippo and
b) has a V6 that aint in bits.

I think it might be worth giving BI a ring as you might have to buy a retrofit sensor that will mount on to the front wheel, Unless it comes with the kit???
Obvously a speedo sensor will be no use to you, with it being electronic and not cable.
