Thought as much, thanks. I wouldn't mind doing it at some point, the 90 is only for laning anyway, so muck thrown about isn't a big issue. I guess sheet rubber/plastic/ally mud deflectors could easily be made up for the throttle/injector pump and pulley/belt areas.

Tonights task. Axle strip :)

All came apart preety easily. I recon you could strip and replace the front diff in 20 minutes if you went for it :)

The diffs are spotless as are the shafts. No wear or tooth damage so will make great spares. Although if u snap the replacements im doing somethibg seriously wrong

Dad came up with a good idea to set the camber while we re bracket the axles ill see if it works before postibg though ;)

Calling mr ashcroft in the morning to order the HD gear + lockers  just going through in my head everything that I need

Lockers x2
Front shafts and CV's
rear shafts
peg kit x2
Diff rebuild kit ×2
Diff flamge kit for the rear

Also going to order through our suppliers a set of joints for the steering knuckles as 1 side is preety tight. Front brake disks and pads

Im re using the bearings/flanges as they seem preety goof and are rather expencive to replace

Expencive day :D

The warranty is long enough to let the £300 ouch wear off and by then you'll know if you're breaking them or not

There's various shafts and cvs on ebay at the moment though...
