Trailer - challenge truck build

Right I'm back at it after a few days off and just getting my head around the wiring

This is where I have things positioned



Now I'm thinking one of these wires goes to the coil but is it one of the white ones or the red one and to which side and then where do the other wires go after ? Apart from that everything else is sorted


I've got a new tank and fuel pump on order and then I've just gotta change prop lengths and she's a gooden

red one is non std so perhaps live ignition feed the other 2 from dizzy go to - and + terminal on coil

Cheers thought it was something like that I just couldn't remember the rangie was on gas so the red is no doubt something to do with the feed to the soloniod for that

Just abit the plan is to shorten the power steering and alternator belts to move the alternator away from the wing

Been slow progress lately but got the new fuel tank and tank guard fitted tonight, fuel pump comes tomorrow hopefully and so I can get it running

Fuel pump has arrived it's abit of a beast, good for 275HP

Doing some modifying to fit bigger pipes and the pump in a different position yet more work

Does it matter how far the MAF sensor is from the intake ? I have a plan

mines no where near, its only measuring air flow so I thought may as well dump it on the side of the wing to save space

Sweet thought so, I want to put it in the cab where the rear snorkel pipe work goes. 1 it will stay dry and 2 it's out of the way

would think as long as its in a place to get a decent flow through similar to what the engines getting in the intake it'll be reet

so inline of snorkel should do, mines on the wing near the intake as I don't have the luxury of space either

No it's behind the cab but the pipe flows through the cab

Hey does you pub allow any Tyre I've here looking and there is some good ones on the market now really evil looking ones. I've seen the in action on a YouTube vid abroad and i asked the op where can i buy them. These new tyres are awesome I think they'll be banned tho before I buy a set I'm hoping some clubs will allow them

The tyres are just awesome open as heck forget diamonds and insa turbo the new tyre are mad!!

Flexed the suspension to check it didn't catch the oil filter on full flex on anything, gladly it's miles away











Yeah im pleased with that flex

And took the manifold off to get a sheared bolt out and changed the gaskets ....

No were only allowed special tracks/ diamonds etc not alligators or anything like that which is unfortunate,

I did see some half diamond half special track tyres that I thought looked awesome dunno if they'd like them though or how they'd stand on trepadors as they're not overly aggressive just grippy as hell !!

Ziarelli brutale!! Awesome tyres nowhere allows them :-(
