P38A Torque settings

Im shure its posted on this forum somewhere but i have left my RAVE in Australia and would like to know torque setting for::-
Camshaft bolt
Crankshaft front pulley
FIP nut
i know the crank bolt is 6 flats after inital torque but dont remember the first setting

Tighten 'till it strips then back off 1/4 turn

Six flats will give you 360 degrees. Torque is 100 Nm initial and 150 degrees. Two and a half flats.
