tilt reverse mirrors?

my mate has just purchased a diesl auto p38 98 r plate and his mirrors do not tilt on reverse mine do on my petrol should this be a standard feature on all models or not?

Maybe this feature has been disabled - I know mine has, cos I did it, it's a PITA the mirrors moving when reversing a trailer
To enable the mirror tilt again switch the ignition on (don't start car ) then press and hold the seat memory store switch for 2 seconds - this should bring up "mirror dip on" on the message display
If it doesn't have memory seats then it doesn't have mirror dip either

no memory seats so thats it thanks for that it solves that one !
