if its connected to the same wire the nano reports from then it makes sense its reporting the same value.. i know thats stating the obvious but might be that simple..

Nano takes it through the OBD port, how do you interrogate the LPG system?
I am just trying to help logically as I have neither:).
Has your wiring been messed with much by a PO can you tell, or is it just around the LPG install?
Anybody else on here have the same issue with idle & target? got to be someone who could chime in:).

i dont think its been 'badly' messed about with, though some joins looked better than others, just LPG related that I can tell
the LPG came with software that connects directly with a USB adapter
need someone with a thor and a nano to check their target speed :) if its 4x RPM like mine then stands to reason BBS are talking out their ass and its simply the wrong wire
 
What I meant was that crank revs are not the same as engine revs and if is only looking at one bank then may cause differences?
Of course I could be talking rubbish

I'm confused :D the crank is what we're talking about when we talk about engine rpm, isn't it? One complete turn off the crank in one minute is 1rpm?
