OK - didn't want to wade in organsing stuff as I'm a newbie to Tossing an all that.

I worked out a route SW of Salisbury wot I sent to Marcus. He got all eggsited about it so I think it tickled his buttons. It starts and finishes from The Fox and Goose pub (big car park/nice beer) in Coombe Bisset (SP5 4LE - SU 1087 2651).

The route goes out west towards Shafesbury and back again, trailing along the Downland scarp from Compton Down to White Sheet Hill (say it in a Mexican accent - gringo). Returning East via the Ox Drove Track.

I'll do a recce this week time permitting, or we'll just have to get out there and see what happens!

Anyone else know the area?

normally Marcus sorts out the ones this way (coz he has the maps). Patman sorts out the Surrey ones (well only one so far) and Adz is sposed to be doing the Kent trip. HB and me just do wot we is told - " yeah MHM its a BOAT - just go fur it.......... we is backing up now! - ffs"

We driving to Mars or somethin 8 am on a fookin sunday I can now see why yer daft. Might be best if yu starts at 8 and we'll catch yer up along the way

Evenin' all. Yeah, Dafts fer 8am latest. Allowing fer traffic meet somewhere (i'll sort it, jest ain't yet) near Salisbury 9:30 for 10am latest departure. Int running a tight ship, just makes the most of a day's laning. It always flies by once we start & there's miles of the fookers down there!
