never one single complaint.

It all depends if the garden centre is sticking to the rules of the 1st planning consent they were given by the local council, If they have changed the access to there premises and have not had planning reviewed, then in the event of an accident they are at fault, then yes, a valid claim can be made against there insurance for all losses, there insurance company can not use the excuse of "it is private property" due to the fact that it is a buisness where members of the public have full access !!!!

Reet as for the first question, thought as much I shall get the parish council involved.

Second question, It hasn't happened yet but all planning permission has been granted, and I've every intention of using the exit as an entrance, It's a long story. I was thinking more along the lines of the individuals car insurance rather than the garden centres insurance.
