i've had a few friendly nods from other landy drivers. they seem too miserable round here to wave. the only wave i've had recently was from a transit pickup driver- it was an apologetic one after he pulled out of his lane of traffic without looking and ran me up the verge! he waved even after i clearly mouthed "f*cking c*nt!" at him:5bcuss:

All good fun chaps but a true royal wave !is when you still wave when infact you have already sold your defender and still wave , forgetting you are not in one any more it takes a week or two when you realise.And now when i drive a rr all they are looking at is your number plate and most not all are stuck up snobs in their forums . Hidden jibe honest

I find the farmers around newport most likely to wave like mad at you....god knows why.....mind you, they soon stop waving when they see vote Labour sign in the back

Shock horror, not one but two Disco driver's waved at me today

doesn't happen very often around here as they're mostly grumpy farmers with psycho dogs ... this two must've been tourists!
