the police report would be interesting reading
as to insurance, theres so many fb etc. posts related to this that any investigator will 'know' what happend before the claim paperwork lands on their desk
personally I think a 90 is too short to tow a 130 and that trailer also contributed to the incident
ultimately it's the driver that is responsible.................

definitely, impossible to judge what stresses those straps have been subjected to, but they all need binning.
Yes, short tow vehicle with a heavy and high load and look at the over hang of the 130 (is it actually a 127 as it is an A reg??) out the back of the trailer.
However we cant assume it was the drivers fault, for all we know someone cut him off, drove out in front of him, had a stroke at the wheel - any number of things - so i would be hesitant to point the finger at the driver without all the facts.
I hope now one was hurt, real shame that a 90 and a gorgeous 127 were damaged though
