Looking at the roof of the 90, how the hell did that happen?
The doors are bent out of perpendicular, the bulkhead is bent out of perpendicular, so the outriggers will be twisted meaning the chassis is probably carped. Very fubared I reckonWell fortunately the damage to the 130 shouldn't be TOO much of a disaster to put right, back to the restoration company for a few more weeks though.
Then there is the issue of having the right licence, and being on tacho etc.If they had the right insurance there shouldn't be an issue, 750Kg for trailer and even if you say 2 tonne for the 130 its still within limits of 3.5 tonnes. Not sure if normal insurance would cover things you are towing. Heaven forbid if they have personal insurance as well as they will seek every get out.
Such a shame I love 130's.
