We taken the inlet manifold back off. Unplug the renewed green sensor ( pic below )
Taken al glowpulgs out, bench checked them, and they all seem to be good.
No diesel leaks.
A.mate did one of them dye checks for vacuum leak I believe. Negative, no leaks.
Checked the fib as much as we could. seems no issue. Nanocom dosnt give any indication whatsoever for it.
( unless.i can leave the nanocom on and start the car for idle and rev reading. - not done this before )
Opened the joints and diesel flows with pressure.
Still has issues by starting.
One thing i noted, we had it running for 1 hour, turned ot off, started it again and it taken hall of a long time with the result of a smoke cloud when it actually fired.
But no ruff running or idling.
Checked with nanocom again and had again temp sensor fault.
The only thing we didn't do was the other sensor which I believe is the ecu signal one.
I dont have one to exchange yet.
So trying to order one, but bearmarch seems.only supplying this green on ( pictures) which already is new.
I have found a supplier in loverpool but he need / want the part number which which need to find again.
