Tdi into a series bottom rad hose ?

Hi guys
I want to re-route my bottom rad hose ( S2a with a disco 200tdi engine using a 200tdi radiator ) i'm using a home made hose made from cut up 200tdi bottom hoses and still using the molded hose that goes from the bottom hose to the header tank and want to do away with this and plumb that in a different way so i need a hose that will go from the water pump straight to the radiator then plumb the header tank into a heater hose using a Tee piece, anyone know of a part number for a hose that will do or know of a hose that will do please

I cut my std S3 hose in half....with the aid of a suitable distance section of suitable sided metal tube joined back together....allows lots of choice then for different angle.

Not really as they are discovery hoses with the molded hose i want to loose in that area which is what i sort of have now

Are right ok i will look at that, i did another tdi conversion many many years ago and just used a flexi hose from Halfords which did the job well but can't remember the part number and can't find anything in thier stores either but will keep looking as well as you suggested

Looks better than flei hose as well.

Ordered 2 of each S3 top and bottom hoses the other day so i can cut up and join up how i want it

Think my top hose is std....bottom hose is just one cut in half....will look later.

Cheer's guys i ended up buying 2 90 degree bends and cut them up to join together which seam to have done the trick

This is on my list of "to do". A pipe that takes a standard series hose, cut down, at either end and has a boss for a temperature sensor to switch an electric fan or two. In alloy with mountings for the disco timing belt case.
