Just saw on FB that TD5Inside are working on a 300bhp Td5! By using some new uprated injectors combined with the rest of their magic engineering and mapping.
They are testing 10p, 15p and race heads to see what happens, im very interested! Not that I want to do it to mine haha. From what I understand a TD5 head will start to lift around 200bhp and you need the uprated - £950 - head studs.
If they can pull it off, while keeping a modicom of reliability then im damn impressed. All I can think is if they can pull 300bhp from a 2.5 TD5 what can they squeeze from a 2.8 TD5!
Results due early 2017!
