No I haven't!
Do tell, cos i have been using one to tow my trailer etc up to 3.5 tonnes and you are now worrying me.
No problems so far but.....

It’s a shock rubber coupling to stop the rattle.
just found price… I don’t think you will be getting 1

Funny, I find the rattle comforting and it gives me a bit of an indication as to whether the rig is happy with the nose weight. If it rattles too much I know the nose weight is a bit low, as my trailer is a twin axle.
Does that make sense?

Hee, Hee!!!
Having looked up a shocklink I do not think I need one of those. I think I will just look out for a pair of double pin sliders. at the auto jumbles. I have only fitted this as it seemed like the easiest way to get a NATO hitch onto a td5 crossmember.
