Usually all the diagnostics are reading hi-low input the other way around cos the protocol shows the logical signal's strenght not the switch position, it's verified by me on mine and others, all of them reported high when the box was in low and vice-versa, confirmed here too https://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-2-a/260239-transfer-low-high-switch.html something is not right on your's or maybe BBS has fixed that for newer nanocoms, better ask on theyr's forum but as long as no change on selection there is soemthing wrong for sure

Yeah, will get underneath and play around a little sometime this week and will let you onow when i have a better understanding of what needs to be changed. I think i even have a switch lying around somewhere. Thanks for all the help so far

So 90eur poorer i have now a functional hi/low switch. I can also confirm that in my case hi read hi and low reads low. I still need to test the tc system though

Another evidence that the whole thing is more sophisticated than it appears ;) ... go in Td5 engine - inputs switch and watch `"transfer ratio", and be aware that the reports are reverted, as long as the inputs are changing when you select hi - low it's ok even if you think it's not , if no change then you have a problem

Hi, my Foxwell 530 gives the same readings when selecting Hi Lo ratio, mine doesn't have CDL. The first pic is when in Hi & the second when in low. I hope that's the right way round.
