Disco 2 Traction controle problem

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, and I'm asking if anyone has had a similar problem. I completely replaced the front axle on my Discovery TD5 with one that had the ball joints replaced, cleaned, and repainted. I should point out that the components came from an identical donor Discovery TD5. Since the axle was replaced, I've been having problems with traction control. Basically, the right wheel locks for no reason, and the TC light comes on. Obviously, the ABS on that wheel isn't working properly either. Before the replacement, I had no problems, and the system worked perfectly. I replaced the sensor with the one on the old axle, all the wiring up to the control unit, and even the control unit, but the problem manifests itself in the same way. Then I swapped the two front sensors in the connector on the control unit, and the problem moved to the left wheel, which confused me even more. When I connected the nanocom, I get a voltage error that says too low on the left sensor, even though the sensors are in the correct position, which is also evident in the graphs. Does anyone have any ideas or have ever had a similar problem?

Changing just the sensor can lead to problems. It is best to change the whole hub and not disturb the sensor at all, they are designed so that the wire from the sensor can be fed through everything without having to disturb the sensor in its position.
The gap between it and the reluctor ring is very sensitive. Just a fraction out and the ABS etc goes bonkers.

There have been reports of different ABS rings(tooth count) before.

Swapping at the control unit will only let your Nano see it as a different wheel. So ignore that.

If you still have your old axle, take the right halfshaft etc off it, or maybe just the hub, and swap it with the new one.
See how you get on.
