T*O*S*S*E*Rs summer laning & BBQ day

Bugger, right well, if me sister comes I'll have no fecking room for a BBQ as car will be full of photography crap so it will be a pub lunch for me or I'll be going hungry, mind you I could do with losing a few pounds (not from me wallet either) If I don't do the laning and leave me car in the meet up car park how the hell am I going to get me BBQ to the BBQ point?

If me sister doesn't come anyone wanting picked up along the way? (contributions towards fuel please, no set amount, just however much you feel is fair)

I'll find out later today what me sis is saying about it all....

If she aint coming I can also shift stuff for the courier service....
 
have yu evva known Grippa organise ANYTHING?

we aint got police permission fur a convoy and we dont have public liability insurance - so - wot eevva yu do is YOUR responsibility.

Patman, Clivees, Grippa and I have recce'd some of the roads, others we know fairly well - so have advised yu of perceived problems. As usual it is your choice it if yu do any lanes or not. Due to the numbers of peeps, we will most likely split into 3 groups, each being lead/navigated by someone who knows the lanes - or at least has gone down it before) - the three groups may travel the same lanes - may not - who knows?

You like to contradict yerself don't you.

You don't wanna use me stannah chair lift and roofrack fitted landy travelling at the back of the group cos you wanna travel with Griffy while aving a five minute fumble wiv me missus in my vehicle while leading a group of landys from the front whilst still at the back.:confused: :confused: :confused:

Have i left anyfink out?;)
 
I'd be interested in doing the laning if I could be in a group that was doing the easy and least scratchy lanes...

no worries, Tweets - we have organised??? a pub for the BBQ - so peeps can choose a pub lunch if they prefer (not quite in the spirit of the thing tho) - I wud imagine there will be spare nosh tho. I am sure other peeps will be able to carry your stuff (however offers you a passenger ride?). there may be more than one meeting point, depending on where yu are travelling from. It will be all sorted (I hope) tonite and PM's will be flying out tonite or tomoz.

IT WILL ALL COME TOGETHER! - (we usually do:eek:)

Would love too byt never been greenlanning and live in Ireland ..... so guess that counts us out then !!!
 
Like I said, I'm hoping to combine the trip with collectiing summat from ebay, taking me sis to places she wants to go to do her fecking photography, and there is a possibility of calling in on a couple of mates at Blackpool that I aint seen in a while so I aint trailing all the way down there for nothing..
