Swivel pin/ball seal replacement??

Hi all,

My 94 discovery 1 needs a new top swivel pin and the ball seal replacing. I have looked on Paddocks website and I need the VIN number to order the correct items, I have got my VIN number from both the windscreen and the bonnet slam panel but it looks nothing like the codes listed on paddocks website!? My VIN number is - SALLJGMF7MA106037. The codes on the paddocks website all start with a J then a series of numbers, any ideas? The disco is Manual. Also confused as to which ball seal I need as they list an 8mm and a 12mm??

Take the last 8 letters and digits from your VIN and that's the bit you need when ordering parts, in your case MA106037. The J means the part is suitable for 1992 vehicles onward.
