Swb series 2.25 diesel battery

probably been covered before.
But what are people's opinion on best battery for a swb 2.25 diesel?
Don't mi d spending a bit more if it's decent

i will give the same response as many others. But the best battery is the largest one you can fit in the physical space you have. Get the highest Cca and highest ah you can while still fitting the dimensions you need.

I recently bought a new battery for my 109, a non-standard fitment. I'm trade so I tried my local trade suppliers but found tayna.co.uk to be the best. A standard battery for a diesel series is '069'. If you search the Tayna site by car makes you will soon find yours. All series seem to fit the same battery whether petrol or diesel... the 069. The Enduroline range seems to me to be the best value for money but the final choice is yours. Tayna do the 'Optima' batteries as well but they are very expensive. I bought a bigger battery, 100ah, because it would fit, an '019' IIRC. Physical dimensions and terminal orientation are the most important considerations if you are feeling adventurous.

I hope so too, mine is a non-standard battery box.

The battery fits just!! Tight but ok
