Going to swap the t/b soon and need some tips, search came up with not a lot about changing the box I'm afraid.
Got a bit of info but need as much as poss.
Drain the oil out - but that is just the t/b I presume, then undo the bolts (after removing props) how many bolts hold the t/b to the gearbox?
Using engine hoist through the floor I think and a trolly jack.
Be a slow job for me as I can't do a lot at a time (disabled) but hope to get it out one day and put one back the next total working time over two days of about five or six hours. What do you think ? I know I can do it , well I could have a few years ago and I'm going to give it my best shot
