Sun roof rattle!

I can't work out why my sunroof rattles when ever you open it on tilt, once it starts you have to keep opening and closing sunroof to eventually get rid of noise. The sound is coming from the side above the passanger. I have removed glass, plastic covering, etc,etc and I cant get to the bottom of it has any one got any ideas?

Mine went back under warranty at least 4 times for the very same problem. Rattle Still there despite it being completely removed and re-fitted last time(alledgedly). Have to just accept the fact that its 'character'. It seems to be worse once the thing is used at beginning of warmer weather, it goes away if you leave it alone tho!

yeh tell me about it! The thing is always doing it in warm weather. Would be interesting to see if it is just us or if theres loads more examples of this happening. Can't understand what is making the noise?
