A "just" ?Put a just under the hub and lift it Slightly, if the weight of the hub is sitting on that bolt it'll bind..

You don't want one of those anywhere near a landy!Auto correct..
Rusted in most likely.Only weight really is the strut. Had top bolt back in. Whole thing will pivot back and forth on that bolt. It’s just won’t move, heat, pen the lot. Been smacking the a large hammer. Can only assume it must be bent or seized solid it will not turn.
Looks like it's out part way? Put some oil on it and shove it back in

I have a 600 mm breaker bar for such jobs, if it’s anything like the Inner rear track control arm bolt I had to cut the bolt off either side . It had become one with the inside of the arm. messrs oxy and acetylene as above
