yep, my bad! just trying to figure out how to use themYou get what you order, the complete hubs p/n starts with TAY and these bearings are with TAD ... albeit unfortunately some sellers are mixing things up these days... you have to replace this bearing on your old hub
I have never been able to discern any play in any of the three hubs I have replaced but there must have been enough to bother the sensors as the new ones were fine. This has been the experience of some others on here too.So latest update, i have now replaced both front wheel sensors with the Moog bearings and sensors and have been three amigos-free for a couple of weeks, so im hopeful. I also replaced all the calipers and carrier pins. All calipers seemed in good condition. Only one of the rear carrier pins was seized, the rest seems good but decided to replace everything anyway. As for the front hubs, the ones installed seemed in good condition, they have no play the sensors do not seem to have any markings either so im at a loss what actually was wrong
Is that a fact? Never knew that. How on earth can the reluctor ring wear? It doesn't rub on anything does it?In many cases the play is not noticeable in the wheel or hub, the problem is the reluctor ring inside which develops a wear and a play which doesnt affect the bearing but it mixes up the sensor's signal.

This is sadly not uncommon.another interesting thing is that when i only replaced the left side hub (which was the only one giving an error on nanocom) nothing changed. after i replaced the right one too it fixed the problem. I suspect bearings from different manufacturers give slightly different signals which might be interpreted as one of them being bad. i really do think at least one of the hubs is still good, so im keeping both as spare.
no, my nanocom does not mix up the sensors. i had tested that by disconnecting one of them to make sure it throws the error on to the disconnected side.This is sadly not uncommon.
It happened to me after I took my D2 to an Indy to have the 3 amigos diagnosed. They told me it was rear left so I replaced it. The 3 amigos came back. I went mad at the garage after a smaller one man band indy diagnosed it as the rear right. I swopped the rear right half-shaft for a secondhand one and it was fine after that.
I don't have a Nanocom but after this caper I bought a Foxwell and it doesn't mix up the sensors on the same axle as others do. (I have been informed that Nanocoms used to do this before some sort of an update.)
So I hope you haven't thrown your left side hub away as it may in fact be OK! I kept mine as a spare and fairly recently replaced a hub with it. It is fine! But I think your right one probably is duff.
