Just a thought here, having seen your latest photo's and your bulkhead, now might be the time to think about a screen washer upgrade, be easy to do it before the screen is put in place.

When i finished my rebuild, although not in the same league as yours, it was cleaned and painted to within an inch of its life underneath. Alas, a few years down the road, it looks like any other country 4x4. The axles, trailing arms chassis all have rust coming through again. Unless you galv. everything, be aware that it wont look that good for long.:(

Mine isn't a show, i will be using it for what its built for. I have used corroless paint and it good stuff so this will help slow the inevitable.

Will give you a update in 4 years time lol

Hi all hope you are well

Bit of a update on the build. I have been chipping away at it doing all them small jobs that know one sees and take for eva to do!

Paint went on thick with a few runs bit i never wanted a show car just somthing that was mechanically sound that i can take down a scratchy green lane and spot repair a year down the line if needed.

It will be on the road with the old doors on and my plan over the winter is to built up new and fit one at a time.
