L322 Strange occurrence with media system

I am new to the forum as I have just purchased my 1st range. The media system seems to have gone strange after car was washed outside. There is no damp in the wiring, and I have disconnected battery negative for 3 mins but no joy. What is happening is: intermittent radio sound but no station lock, CD just making disc selection noises and saying no cassette, Sat nav shows German location when search for UK address and radio, CD & tv icons just flash all the time. Please let there be someone who knows what the problem is with an easy fix. Thanks in advance.atb

Wow fixed it watched video on YouTube but his method was take out to white cables from Bluetooth unit and loop them together but you would not have Bluetooth. Don't do this! At least not until you unplug the connector these cables are attached to first and then plug it in again. Bingo! Radio, CD and Sat nav back working and still have Bluetooth. Now just have to figure out why alarm is not working. Almost happy days. Atb
