Probably a bit of a stupid question but i've been thinking,

I got some +5 shocks on the way and got some +2" HD Bearmach springs and dislocation cones ready to go on... my question, to get my 35" tyres on I'm gonna need a 2" suspension lift and a 2" body lift going by what I've read on the forum... I got some +2" spring spacers that i'm gonna put on for now until I get a body lift kit but I'm thinking... will I need +4" extended brake lines because surely +2" brake lines will be over stretched on articulation? If so where do you get em from? Or will +2" brake lines do the trick ok?

Done a search and not really found anything definitive...

also how essential are extended bump stops? Will I get away with running with out them for a couple of weeks and a bit of light P+P or is it best to do them at the same time...:confused::confused:

its the same price for +2" and +4" so go with 4. since your lifting the body 2 and sus 2.

if you've got extended shocks you'll need the bigger bump stops so you don't bottom out the shocks and knacker them, also the 35's would use your wheel arches as a bump stop as well

I thought that'd be the case with the bump stops... with the brake hoses though, have you got a link? The only brake hoses I can find that are more than 50mm are 4" ones from that states at $320 + shipping :screaming_bug_eye_f

dunno if i'm baffling myself un-necessarily about something really very simple (i suspect this is the case) but i'm normally pretty good at this workin stuff out for meself malarky!

its ok... i just spoke to gwyn lewis... very helpful chap, a shade over £200 later and I think I'm sorted, WLM can I have your mobile number - you can justify it to my missus because your route on the plains got me into all this
