Got a couple of those posts on my drive and block the Landy in with the wifes car at night, a slight deterrent but if they can crane lorries away then the f*ckers will get around most things.
Can anyone suggest a good make of tracker for the next vehicle please?

Sorry to hear that, you must be really ****ed orf?
Sent from my much better I-phone using wireless Internet with a small input from my fingers!
You've gotta be kidding?? Someone was loosening the wheelnuts on your motor???bunnymofo said:what about wiring the landy up to the mains ? i thought of that when sum **** kept slackening the wheel nuts on my corsa in the shed

yep, like 5 times on the corsa and 3 times on the van, the first time on the van the wheel almost came off. was only on with 1 nut wobbling about going down the road. i know who it was / is tho always the front left wheel, **** nows why.
wtf. thats f**ked up.
You know who it is?
Are they now in bits on a pig farm then?
Or did you BBQ them by connecting your wheel to the mains?
Buy the Mech Lock system and fit a tracker, the Mech lock disables the clutch mechanically and unless they can refit some piping and bleed the clutch they can't drive it away, then fit a tracker in case they use a crane
these ere discloks, what size do they go down to?
just been looking at one that says max size 39cm, just wondered if anyone knows how small they go, as me steering wheel is 36cm there abouts.
fanks
Says who? It's a doddle to drive a vehicle with no clutch.
Hi. Just had our second Landrover stolen from our driveway in the last 14 months. This one was a green SWB Landrover Defender 90. 1995. Had been owned at some time by a building company and had some decals on the white lip of the roof, a british bull dog and a digger were two of them. Even if removed they will leave a mark I would think.
Because this was our second landy and the first one was stolen Nov 2009, we installed an alarm, used a krook lock and fitted an extra 'switch' which immobilised the power to the ignition. They still managed to steal it at around 4.00 am this morning. Police had no hits on their system for the number plates after this time, so they have instantly changed the plates. They have also damaged the drivers side rear lights pulling out of the drive. They have hit the gate post and smashed the light and indicator. Also inside, there is a home made partition screen between the van back and the front, a wooden frame with a canvass/pvc window to stop draughts etc. Please keep your eyes out for it. Thanks
What more can you do to stop these people?
