Also does the icarsoft do suspension calibration?
Also does the icarsoft do suspension calibration?
Worth a check IMO.Have the sensor arms gone over center and are now the wrong way.
Gap iid is the way to go I have one for my 2008 3.6, it does the lot so its not a waste of money I have reprogrammed the ccf to do away with drive away locking, enabled auto wipers and wipers to intermitent when you stop at lights ect. Not done suspension calibrate it will do it, "Sams motors and machines" on Youtube has done his.Question...
Would the gap 11d give me more control over the whole system, to cure this problem or am I wasting my money.
Eerr, it's a range rover so anything is possible .Question
As the suspension was working OK before I replaced the n/s suspension leg and damaged the hight sensor, would it throw up all the codes I'm getting
That should be no different to disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. In any case you should not unplug the ECU with the battery connected. Will it do any harm if I unplug the suspension ecu to see if it resets itself
Won't make any difference, it will still hold the settings. As you have changed a height sensor it will need recalibrating. Will it do any harm if I unplug the suspension ecu to see if it resets itself
That's the whole point, it won't calibrate, icarsoft won't clear the fault codes, it still thinks the back of the car is in extended mode where in fact the car is on its bump stopsWon't make any difference, it will still hold the settings. As you have changed a height sensor it will need recalibrating.
