Hi ... Please excuse if I appear ignorant at anytime. I'm posting on behalf of my husband hoping someone in this forum may be able to help?
We have a 2001 disco v8 manual with a "sticky lifter"; my husband has replaced these previously in other cars, but is stumped by the design of this engine ... And wonders if there is some trick to removing the lifters without having to pull the whole engine apart?
I'm getting rather anxious for a fix, so we can continue our Australia wide tour.
