steering fluid leak

I've got a serious problem on my 200tdi defender. The steering fluid keeps over flowing out of the reservoir cap. If the engine is just ticking over it just froths a bit but when you rev it the fluid terns to foam and over flows.
can't find any leaks and have bled the steering box, fill tank to correct level it over flows, put minimum oil in tank still over flows just takes a bit longer to reach the top.
hope someone has an idea as i'm stuck.

you got a air leak somewhere, the seals have gone in the pas pump :/

Make sure there's no kinks in the pipe anywhere.

Don't know how far you are filling the reservoir but I was told by my Land guy only to fill it half way otherwise it will over flow.

thanks for the replies. nothing has been moved or changed on the truck this problem started after going on a lane run last weekend.
