Loads of release oil and back & forth with spanner and lump hammer on bolt head till it frees.... have you got or borrow an impact wrench.? .....makes back and forth a lot easier.

Weather has been very hit and miss here, was nice for a while and got as much done as was practicable but as soon as the weather changed, it changed for the worse very fast
You might want to invest in a reciprocating saw for them bolts if the inner spins in the rubber and stays rust welded to that bolt.

It will still be seized in though I think Phil? I have undone the bolt but I'm sure the sleeve is preventing the body from moving. The sleeve obviously fired perfectly on the brackets. I guess I could chop either side of bracket then chop straight through middle though.RIP saw the head off. Replace bolt when you press new bush in

No need mate. I'll send one of the lads out to for it from my local guy some point this week. Yeah I bought a massive roll from screwfix but to be fair I haven't opened the back in a while. I'll have a look. Screwfix right by house. Got some new wire wheels and cups earlier due to fender eating mine. The knotted ones last really well to be fair. How you getting on?

Slowly, being kind to neighbours is getting tiresome as I really only get a couple of hours on it on a Saturday and most of the day on a Sunday, would kill for a proper workshop right now or at least not having neighbours with little kids, did a load of painting and hung the door, adjusted it properly and did a bit more fettling, no enthusiasm for the rain tonight but if it's dry over head tomorrow I'm out there to do an hour at least.
Wow that sounds familiar. Was hoping to move myself but may wait to see the impact after march on property market! A workshop/big garage is a must for new gaff.

Lend me one?
My Mrs very kindly gave me the rail tray and box as early Xmas present. I did plan to mount the tray permanently in box but it doesn't closure with it in due to handles. I was thinking about chopping handles off but then thought it may be handy having the tray available separately. She got the tray and box on vat free day. I'm sure you all know how good it felt getting it all ordered up
