Fitted Bearmach standard rear springs + Terifirma all terrain shocks and really happy with the setup , firm but not spine jerking . Shocks were goosed totally so perhaps could of used the old shocks , but i didn't know what they were .

Yes, the springs compress quite a bit over their lifetime. When I put new ones on, I was surprised how much higher it was. I even went and got the packaging out of the bin to check whether I'd bought +2" lift springs by mistake. No, they were standard after all.
