I've measured my suspension heights and they are:
Hub center to wheel arch (the plastic part):
Front driver: 483/484mm
Front passenger: 493mm
Rear driver: 471mm
Rear passenger: 474mm
Bump stop to axle bracket
Front driver 96/97 mm
Front passenger 100 mm
Rear driver 121/122 mm
Rear passenger 125 mm
The RAVE manual says that the rear (with SLS/air springs) should be 61.5 mm for the bump stop clearance. Mine is double that!
But the hub to center wheel arch from the RAVE manual (not liner) is close to mine at: 473 mm (+/- 15 mm).
What could have happened here?
Did I measure wrong? From the bump stop’s metal bracket to the axle below it, right?

- Factory shocks, coils, airbags, ACE, etc. (HSE 2003 V8 Discovery 2)
- I'm running tyres about 1-1.5 inches bigger than stock (265/60/18)
- No bullbar or accessories
