Hey all, I’ve a 2014 discovery with keyless entry. The wife was complaining that she was getting a ”smart key battery low“ fault alarm every time she started the car. So me being the good husband and take the key apart change the battery, then go out and check it still works. But it doesn’t, won’t unlock on the button, via the keyless handles and the car says smart key not found (once I manually opened the doors) when I try and start it. Same thing with the spare key. Both will start the car under the steering column. I’ve tried the fuse removal trick and the GAP tool doesn’t show any faults other than after I tried the fuse trick. Anyone got any ideas?
